Along the way, we take our time walking around the UNESCO world heritage site of Hanuman Dhoka or Durbar Square with its bustling market, tiny shops and historic temples and museums. There may even be time to take in the view from the taller buildings and sample typical Nepali cuisine, buy beads at the Muslim Bead market, pottery from Bhedasingh and learn more about the local architecture.
