Everest base camp trek, tops the bucket list of most of the trekking and adventure enthusiasts around the world. Everest base camp is one of the most rewarding trekking destinations in the world. It’s best to do this trek during autumn or spring. Your physical fitness and mental determination are really important so make sure you have spent as much time as you can before you make the journey to Nepal in getting into shape.

Every new bend en route is likely to thrill you and because the route is so challenging, completing this hike is such a terrific accomplishment you will feel proud of yourself for the rest of your life. Including arrival, departure and a one-day city tour, our 15 days Everest Base Camp trek is a teahouse trek. We start with a scenic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. From there to base camp and back to Lukla is entirely on foot so make sure you have high-quality trekking boots, and suitable trekking gear. This trek package includes time to acclimatize to the altitude, partly through making side trips in the Khumbu region and staying at consistent altitudes for a few days. The highest altitude on this trek is 5,545m at Kala Patthar.

Trekking to the base camp of Everest is possible throughout the year. But the best time to visit is at the beginning of March to Mid-May or at the beginning of September or Mid-November. The winter is cold and snow make difficult to Travel while most of the lodge may be closed because of altitude. While on summer most routes are wet and glorious mountain view will be hidden under clouds.

Everest Base Camp Trek Weather:

Weather conditions in the Everest base camp were variable and unpredictable, even during the best seasons. Bad weather or unsuitable weather conditions directly affect the flight schedule and can lead to flight delays of hours or days, depending on the severity of the storms.  We recommend you add a few extra days to your travel plans to give yourselves enough time to enjoy your trek even with weather changes. And, if all goes according to plan, we can help you arrange popular adventure activities and day trips during the extra time.

Day 01:Arrival at the Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel (1,300m/4,264ft).

As per we received your given flight schedule, our airport representative will be waiting in time at the (TIA) Tribhuvan international airport of Kathmandu for your arrival. And will Drop you off at your Hotel in a private Vehicle and overnight in Kathmandu.

Cost Includes

  • All the airport pick up and drop by private vehicle for your Arrivals and departures.
  • Four nights’ Accommodation in Kathmandu 2/3 star category hotel on twin sharing basis with Breakfast.
  • Kathmandu sightseeing tour with experienced tour Guide in a private vehicle including your entrance fees as per the given itinerary.
  • Experienced, helpful and friendly Trekking guide, and porter (There will be a 1 porter each between 2 of you to carry your luggage).
  • Domestic flight ticket: Kathmandu/Lukla/Kathmandu including airport tax.
  • Meals (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) with a cup of tea/coffee during your trek. 
  • Accommodation in lodge/guest house on twin sharing basis during your trek.
  • Necessity paper works, National park permit /Tims (please bring 2 passport size pictures for your trekking permits)
  • General Medical (first aid Kid) is provided for general cases. (Please visit your own doctors and get prescription before coming to Nepal).
  • Arrangement of emergency helicopter services which will be paid by your own travel insurance. We need a copy of your travel insurance before you leave trek. 
  • Farewell dinner will provide from the company’s side after finishing your trip.
  • All government taxes, Vat and service charges.

Cost Excludes

  • Nepal entry visa: you can get a visa easily upon your arrival at the Tribhuvan international airport in Kathmandu you need to bring 2 passport -size photos.
  • Personal expenses and meals Except for your trekking days.
  • Hot shower, Wi-Fi and Battery Charge during your Trek (it doesn't charge for small trekking/Hiking but they do charge for on the high mountain areas.
  • All the alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks and dessert.
  • Personal trekking equipment (Gears).
  • Tipping for guide and porter are expected.
  • International airfare and airport departure tax.
  • Any others expenses which are not mentioned in including section.

    Nepal...... what a place! Did the Everest base camp expedition and it was out of this world. Bishnu was the guide and he was an expert of the Himalayas. I had one of the best few weeks of my life trekking with an absolutely great group of people. I saw sights that will stay with me all of my life and I hope to return, to see Bishnu and to try another of the fantastic expeditions on offer.
