Including arrival, departure, and a one-day city tour, our 15 days Everest Base Camp trek is a teahouse trek. We start with a scenic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. From there to base camp and back to Lukla is entirely on foot so make sure you have high-quality trekking boots and suitable trekking gear. This trek package includes time to acclimatize to the altitude, partly through making side trips in the Khumbu region and staying at consistent altitudes for a few days. The highest altitude on this trek is 5,545m at Kala Patthar which is the best and very famous viewpoint of the Everest region.

Trek to Everest base camp is possible throughout the whole year. But the best time to visit is at the beginning of March to Mid-May or at the beginning of September or Mid-November. The winter is cold and snow makes it difficult to Travel most of the lodges may be closed because the place is freezing cold due to the altitude point of view. While in summer most routes are wet and glorious mountain views will be hidden under clouds.

Day 01:Arrival at the Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel (1,365m/4478.346ft ).

As per we received your given flight schedule, our airport representative will be waiting in time at the (TIA) Tribhuvan international airport of Kathmandu for your arrival. And will Drop you off at your Hotel in a private vehicle and overnight in Kathmandu.

Cost Includes

  • All the airport pick up and drop by private vehicle for your Arrivals and departures.
  • Four nights’ Accommodation in Kathmandu 2/3 star category hotel on twin sharing basis with Breakfast.
  • Kathmandu sightseeing tour with an experienced tour guide in a private vehicle including your entrance fees as per the given itinerary.
  • Experienced, helpful and friendly Trekking guide, and porter (There will be a 1 porter each between 2 of you to carry your luggage).
  • Domestic flight ticket: Kathmandu/Lukla/Kathmandu including airport tax.
  • Meals (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) with a cup of tea/coffee during your trek. 
  • Accommodation in lodge/guest house on twin sharing basis during your trek.
  • Necessity paper works, National park permit /Tims (please bring 2 passport size pictures for your trekking permits)
  • General Medical (first aid Kit) is provided for general cases. (Please visit your own doctors and get prescription before coming to Nepal).
  • Arrangement of emergency helicopter services which will be paid by your own travel insurance. We need a copy of your travel insurance before you start trekking. 
  • Farewell dinner will be provided by the company after finishing your trip.
  • All government taxes, Vat and service charges.

  • Nepal entry visa: you can get a visa easily upon your arrival at the Tribhuvan international airport in Kathmandu you need to bring 2 passport -size. 
  • Personal expenses and meals Except for your trekking days.
  • Hot shower, Wi-Fi and Battery Charge during your Trek on the high mountain areas.
  • All the alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks and dessert.
  • Personal trekking equipment (Gears).
  • Tipping for guide and porter are expected.
  • International airfare and airport departure tax.

    Nepal...... what a place! Did the Everest base camp expedition and it was out of this world. Bishnu was the guide and he was an expert of the Himalayas. I had one of the best few weeks of my life trekking with an absolutely great group of people. I saw sights that will stay with me all of my life and I hope to return, to see Bishnu and to try another of the fantastic expeditions on offer.
