Your journey begins with a scenic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,828 m/9,278 ft). From Lukla, the trail leads through beautiful Sherpa villages, lush green landscapes, peaceful forests, rivers, and mountain streams. The fresh mountain air and tranquil surroundings provide a refreshing start to this remarkable adventure.

On the second day, you reach Namche Bazaar (3,440 m), the largest Sherpa settlement in the Everest region. Often described as a mountain town, Namche is an important trading and cultural center and a popular destination for trekkers heading toward Mount Everest. With its colorful houses, numerous guesthouses, shops, and spectacular views of the surrounding mountains, Namche offers an exciting and welcoming atmosphere. The Everest Three High Pass Trek begins from Lukla and follows the Dudh Koshi Valley toward Namche Bazaar, the gateway to the Everest region. Namche is also a popular destination for shorter Everest View treks and for travelers who have limited time. For the Three High Pass Trek, an additional acclimatization day in Namche is highly recommended to help trekkers adjust to the increasing altitude.

The trek crosses three major high mountain passes: Renjo La Pass (5,338 m), Cho La Pass (5,368 m), and Kongma La Pass (5,535 m). Day 01:Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel (1,365 m) 20 minutes Drive to Hotel.

As per we received your given flight schedule, our airport representative will be waiting on time at the (TIA) Tribhuvan international airport of Kathmandu for your arrival. We will drop you off at your Hotel in a private vehicle, and stay overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 02:Kathmandu city tour and further trip planning (1,365 m) 5 hours.

After breakfast, we begin our sightseeing tour of Kathmandu, visiting four remarkable UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Our tour includes the historically and architecturally rich Kathmandu Durbar Square, the sacred Hindu temple of Pashupatinath, the fascinating “Monkey Temple” (Swayambhunath), and the magnificent Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest stupas in the world.

We will also explore the local markets and experience the vibrant atmosphere of Kathmandu. After completing our sightseeing tour in the late afternoon, we return to the hotel for a brief trek preparation meeting. This will be an opportunity to meet your trekking team and get acquainted with your guide and porters.

You will then have some free time to explore the lively streets of Thamel or purchase any last-minute trekking gear and essentials you may need. Overnight at your hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 03: Fly to Lukla 35 Minutes and trek to Phakding(2610 m) 4 hours walk.

The 35-minute flight from Kathmandu to Lukla is one of the most spectacular short flights in the world. We begin our trek from Lukla, the gateway to the Everest region. From Lukla, the trekking trail gradually descends toward Cheplung Village, where we can enjoy beautiful views of Mount Khumbila, a sacred mountain that has never been climbed. After a few hours of walking from Cheplung, we reach Phakding Village, which lies in the Dudh Koshi River Valley. Here, we spend the night.

Day 04:Trek from Phakding to Namche bazar (3,440 m) 7 hours walk.

After breakfast at Phakding, we begin our trek through beautiful pine forests toward another valley called Benkar. We then cross through Jorsale and Monjo. Monjo lies north of Phakding and serves as the entrance to Sagarmatha National Park.

Continuing our trek for several hours alongside the Dudh Koshi and Bhote Koshi Rivers, we eventually reach Namche Bazaar, the commercial and cultural heart of the Everest region.

Day 05:Acclimatization walk up to khumjung Village via Everest view hotel (3,880 m) 4 hours walk.

Namche is one of the most beautiful places in the Everest region, offering plenty of activities and attractions to explore. After breakfast, you may hike to the Syangboche Airstrip, located on a hill above the town. From here, you can enjoy panoramic views of Namche Bazaar and the surrounding Himalayan peaks.

A hike to Sagarmatha National Park offers trekkers the opportunity to enjoy spectacular sunrise views and admire some of the region’s most iconic mountains, including Mount Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, and Kongde.

After returning to Namche Bazaar, you can visit the Everest Photo Gallery, learn about traditional Sherpa culture, and explore the Khumjung Hillary School and Museum. Overnight stay in Namche Bazaar.

Day 06:Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,860 m) 5 hours walk.

After breakfast in the morning, we begin our trek to Tengboche, one of the major stops on the trail to Everest. The first part of today’s trek follows a downhill trail to Phungi Thanga, which takes approximately four hours.

Along the way, you will have the opportunity to enjoy dramatic views of the Himalayas, including Mount Everest, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Nuptse, and other magnificent peaks. From Phungi Thanga, it takes approximately two more hours of walking to reach Tengboche.

Upon arrival, you can explore the famous Tengboche Monastery and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Overnight stay in Tengboche.

Day 07:Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche (4,430 m) 6 hours walk.

From Tengboche, the trail descends to Debuche and crosses an exciting suspension bridge over the Imja Khola. As you continue along the scenic trails of Nepal, the route takes you through a series of ascents and descents, offering magical views of snow-capped mountains that seem to draw you closer to Everest.

The breathtaking mountain scenery, along with the beautiful pine and rhododendron forests, makes the journey truly memorable and helps you forget any tiredness along the way. Finally, we reach Dingboche, where we spend the night.

Day 08: Acclimatization day climb to Nagarjun hill (4990 m) 4 hours walk.

Dingboche is situated at an altitude of 4,410 meters above sea level, so your body needs time to acclimatize to the high-altitude environment. Rather than simply resting all day, we encourage you to take one of the acclimatization hikes we recommend.

Today, we will hike to Nangkartshang Peak (5,083 meters). The breathtaking views from the summit are truly spectacular, offering stunning panoramas of the surrounding Himalayan peaks. After enjoying the scenery, we descend back to Dingboche and spend the night there.

Day 09:Trek from Dingboche to Chhukung valley (4,730 m) 4 hours walk.

Today, our trail passes through stone-walled fields and the beautiful Imja Khola Valley before entering the glacial moraines surrounded by the magnificent Himalayan peaks. The trail continues to Bibre, a traditional settlement and yak-herding area. From here, we can enjoy spectacular views of Ama Dablam and Amphu Labcha rising dramatically across the valley.

The trail continues across several glacial streams as we make our way toward Chhukung, which takes approximately 30 minutes from Bibre. After lunch, we begin our hike toward Chhukung Ri. The ascent involves some easy scrambling near the summit, adding an exciting element to the climb.

From the top of Chhukung Ri, we are rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views across the valley, including magnificent vistas of Ama Dablam, Amphu Labcha, and the surrounding Himalayan peaks. After enjoying the spectacular scenery, we descend back to Chhukung, where we spend the night.

Day 10:Trek to Loboche(4,940 m) via Kongma La pass(5,540 m) 8-9 hours walk.

We begin today's trek early in the morning as we prepare to cross Kongma La Pass, the highest point of our journey. From Chhukung, there are two possible routes. We can take a trail northwest of Chhukung, crossing the moraines of the Nuptse Glacier, or return to Bibre and follow the trail along the Niyang Khola Valley.

The ascent leads us through rugged Himalayan terrain toward the summit of Kongma La Pass. The top of the pass is marked by stone cairns and colorful Buddhist prayer flags, creating a memorable and spiritual atmosphere amid the surrounding mountains.

The descent from Kongma La is the most challenging section of today's trek. After carefully crossing the moraine on the opposite side, the trail turns north toward the Khumbu Glacier. We continue through the dramatic glacial landscape before eventually reaching Lobuche, where we spend the night.

Day 11:Trek from Lobuche to Gorak Shep (5,140 m) and visit to EBC (5,364 m) 7 hours walk.

Today, our trail follows the lateral moraine of the Khumbu Glacier, offering spectacular views of the surrounding Himalayan peaks. Along the way, we can see the north face of Mount Everest, as well as Pumori, Mahalangur, Lingtren, Khumbutse, Nuptse, and other magnificent mountains.

A gradual ascent brings us to Thangma Riju, from where we enjoy panoramic views of the breathtaking Himalayan landscape. We then continue along a steep trail toward the upper section of the Changri Glacier before reaching Gorak Shep, surrounded by towering Himalayan peaks.

After a short rest in Gorak Shep, we continue our trek toward Everest Base Camp. The trail passes through rugged terrain, glacial moraines, rocky sections, and streams before reaching the base camp of the world's highest mountain, Mount Everest.

From Everest Base Camp, we can enjoy magnificent views of Nuptse, Khumbutse, and Pumori. After spending some time taking in the spectacular surroundings, we retrace our steps back to Gorak Shep, where we spend the night.

Day 12:Early morning climb to Kala Patthar (5,545 m) and trek to Dzongla (4,830 m) 7 hours walk.

We begin our hike to Kala Patthar early in the morning to witness the spectacular sunrise over Mount Everest. The early morning conditions can be extremely cold, depending on the season, and strong mountain winds are also possible, so trekkers should be well prepared with warm clothing.

As we ascend, magnificent Himalayan peaks—including Lingtren, Khumbutse, Changtse, Mount Everest, and Nuptse—rise dramatically around us. After several hours of climbing, we reach the summit of Kala Patthar, one of the finest viewpoints in the Everest region.

From the summit, we are rewarded with breathtaking close-up views of Mount Everest and the surrounding Himalayan peaks. After enjoying the magnificent panorama, we descend to Gorak Shep for breakfast before continuing toward Lobuche.

From Lobuche, the trail gradually descends alongside the Khumbu Glacier. The route then divides, and we follow the trail to the right. Along the way, we enjoy increasingly impressive views of the surrounding mountains and pass a Buddhist stupa and memorials dedicated to climbers who lost their lives in the Himalayas.

The trail then begins to climb gradually toward Dzongla. During the ascent, we can see the beautiful Chola Tsho Lake nearby, followed by another smaller glacial lake. We cross the Chola Khola on a bridge and continue along the rugged Himalayan trail until we reach Dzongla.

Day 13:Trek from Dzongla to Gokyo valley (4,790 m) by means of 2nd Cho La pass (5,420 m) 7 hrs walk.

As we gain altitude, the beautiful Gokyo Valley and its turquoise lakes gradually come into view. To the south, Ama Dablam dominates the spectacular mountain panorama, while Cholatse rises dramatically to the west.

The ascent toward Cho La Pass is challenging and steep, with a rocky trail that requires careful footing and some easy scrambling. The final section of the climb can be slightly difficult as the trail winds around a rocky cliff before reaching the pass. The summit of Cho La Pass is marked by colorful Buddhist prayer flags and stone cairns.

From the top, we are rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding Himalayan peaks. Although the descent toward Thangnak is long, the trail is generally less demanding than the ascent.

From Thangnak, the trail continues toward the edge of the Ngozumpa Glacier, the longest glacier in Nepal. After crossing the glacier, we reach the area of the Gokyo Lakes, a spectacular chain of six glacial lakes.

We then continue toward the second and third Gokyo Lakes before reaching Gokyo Village, where we spend the night surrounded by the magnificent Himalayan landscape.

Day 14: Acclimatization day in Gokyo valley Climb Gokyo Ri (5,480 m) 4 hrs walk.

Today, we hike to Gokyo Ri, one of the finest viewpoints in the Everest region. From the summit, we enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding Himalayan peaks, including Cho Oyu, Gyachung Kang, Mount Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, and Makalu, along with the magnificent Ngozumpa Glacier.

We can also explore the fourth Gokyo Lake, located approximately 3 km north of Gokyo Village. Continuing farther north, we reach the fifth Gokyo Lake, where a viewpoint known as Scoundrel's Viewpoint offers spectacular scenery.

From this viewpoint, the panoramic Himalayan landscape is truly remarkable. The towering peaks of Cho Oyu, Gyachung Kang, Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, and Makalu rise above the vast Ngozumpa Glacier, creating an unforgettable high-altitude panorama.

After exploring the lakes and enjoying the spectacular mountain scenery, we retrace our trail back to Gokyo Village, where we spend the night.

Day 15:Trek from Gokyo to lumde (4,368 m) Via Renjo La Pass (5,360 m) 8 hours walk.

We begin the day early in the morning as we prepare for another challenging and rewarding day in the Himalayas. The trail initially follows the shores of Dudh Pokhari for a while before gradually ascending toward Renjo La Pass.

After approximately two hours of trekking, we continue toward the pass, enjoying spectacular views of the Himalayan and Rolwaling mountain ranges along the way. From the summit of Renjo La Pass, we are rewarded with magnificent views similar to those seen from Gokyo Ri. Below us, the third Gokyo Lake and Gokyo Village appear against the vast expanse of the Ngozumpa Glacier. We also enjoy exceptional views of Mount Everest and the surrounding Himalayan peaks from the top of the pass.

After crossing Renjo La, the trail descends a stone staircase before continuing across a rocky and sometimes loose section toward the southern shore of Angladumba Tsho. Ice on the trail can make the descent slippery and requires careful walking.

Along the way, we pass Relama Tsho and Renjo Lake, surrounded by dramatic mountain scenery. We then descend through a narrow valley filled with enormous boulders before reaching Lumde, where we spend the night.

Day 16:Trek from lumde to Thame(3,820 m) 6 hours walk.

The trek from Lumde to Thame follows a historic route that has been used for centuries by Tibetan traders crossing the Himalayas. The trail gradually descends toward the Bhote Koshi River, which we cross before continuing to Thamga.

From Thamga, the trail continues downhill through the beautiful mountain landscape. We cross two suspension bridges along the way before reaching the historic village of Thame.

Thame is famous for its ancient Buddhist monastery, Thame Monastery, which is situated on a hillside to the west of the village. In the afternoon, we visit the monastery and explore its peaceful surroundings while learning more about the area's rich Sherpa and Tibetan Buddhist heritage.

We spend the night in Thame.

Day 17:Trek from Thame to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m) 6 hours walk.

After crossing a bridge, we climb down along a trail that offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, with lush vegetation and small shrubs along the way. We pass through traditional villages, including Thamo, home to Khari Gompa, a monastery and nunnery where monks and nuns reside.

Continuing along the trail, we can see one of the world’s highest hydroelectric power stations, built with the support of the Australian Government. From here, the trail gradually descends through several small settlements before reaching Namche Bazaar, the largest and most vibrant town in the Everest region.

Overnight in Namche Bazaar.

Day 18:Trek from Namche bazaar to Lukla (2,840 m) 6 hours walk.

After breakfast, we begin our trek toward Lukla, our final destination on the trail. The route mostly descends as we make our way through rocky terrain and cross the Hillary Suspension Bridge.

Today is our last day of trekking. The trail offers a beautiful walk through lush green vegetation and past traditional Sherpa settlements. As we continue toward Lukla, we can reflect on the incredible experiences and unforgettable memories we have made throughout the past few weeks.

Upon arriving in Lukla, we can relax, stretch our tired legs, and celebrate the completion of our Everest Base Camp adventure. We spend the night in Lukla.

Day 19:Early morning 35 minutes flight back to Kathmandu (1,365 m).

We will catch an early-morning flight from Lukla to Kathmandu, according to the flight schedule. After an unforgettable journey through the mountains, the scenic flight back to Kathmandu takes approximately 30–35 minutes.

Upon arrival in Kathmandu, we will drive back to the hotel and have some time to relax and refresh after the trek.

In the evening, our company will host a farewell dinner to celebrate the completion of your trekking adventure. During the dinner, we will share and reflect on the experiences and memorable moments from your journey. You will also enjoy a traditional Nepali cultural program and experience the warmth and hospitality of Nepal.

Day 20:Final Departure from Kathmandu(1,365 m) 20 minutes Drive to Airport drop off.

As per your flight departure schedule, the airline requires us to be there at least 3 hours before your departure time. Therefore, we will transfer our guest to Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) for the final departure.
