Outline Itinerary:
Short Itinerary
Day 01:Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel (1,400m) 20 min Drive to Hotel.
As we received your flight schedule, our airport representative will be waiting on time at the (TIA) Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) in Kathmandu for your arrival. We will drop you off at your Hotel in a private vehicle, and you will stay overnight in Kathmandu.
Day 02:Kathmandu city tour and further tour planning (1,400m) 6-7 hours tour.
After breakfast, we begin our sightseeing tour of Kathmandu, visiting four remarkable UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Our tour includes the historically and architecturally rich Kathmandu Durbar Square, the sacred Hindu temple of Pashupatinath, the fascinating “Monkey Temple” (Swayambhunath), and the magnificent Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest stupas in the world.
We will also explore the local markets and experience the vibrant atmosphere of Kathmandu. After completing our sightseeing tour in the late afternoon, we return to the hotel for a brief trek preparation meeting. This will be an opportunity to meet your trekking team and get acquainted with your guide and porters.
You will then have some free time to explore the lively streets of Thamel or purchase any last-minute trekking gear and essentials you may need. Overnight at your hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 03:Drive from Kathmandu to Arughat (600m) 6-7 hours drive.
A 7-hour drive from Kathmandu into the western mountains takes us to Arughat via Dhadingbesi, the headquarters of Dhading District. From Dhadingbesi, we travel along a dirt road, enjoying views of the lush green slopes, before arriving at Arughat, where our trek begins. Arughat is a noteworthy town in the region and is divided into two sections by the Budhi Gandaki River, which flows between them. Overnight stay in Arughat.
Day 04:Trek from Arughat to Soti Khola (7,30m) 6 hours walk.
We cross the Budhi Gandaki River and begin our trek from the western part of Arughat. We follow the stone-paved road north through the bazaar, passing a hydroelectric power plant and fields of rice and millet on our way to Mangaltar. From there, the trail continues through dense forests before reaching Shanti Bazar.
The trail into the Budhi Gandaki Valley becomes steeper and more challenging as we cross the Arkhet Khola on a suspension bridge and pass through the shops of Arkhet Bazar. We then descend to a spectacular waterfall before embarking on a long uphill trek along a ridge to Kuerepani. From Kuerepani, the trail descends to Soti Khola.

The trail into the Budhi Gandaki Valley becomes steeper and more challenging as we cross the Arkhet Khola on a suspension bridge and pass through the shops of Arkhet Bazar. We then descend to a spectacular waterfall before embarking on a long uphill trek along a ridge to Kuerepani. From Kuerepani, the trail descends to Soti Khola.

Day 05:Trek from Soti Khola to Machhakhola (9,30m) 6 hours walk.
Cross the bridge and trek through beautiful Sal forests before climbing onto a ridge above the impressive rapids of the Budhi Gandaki River. The rugged trail then winds up and down, passing two tropical waterfalls along a steep, rocky path that clings to the side of a cliff.
The trail eventually descends past several rice terraces before climbing again and following the hillside to the Gurung village of Labubesi. Continue behind a rocky outcrop, where the valley opens up, and the Budhi Gandaki River winds through broad stretches of rocky riverbed.
Descend to the sandy riverbank and follow the trail along the river, crossing a side ridge before descending once again to the river. Cross the Budhi Gandaki and arrive at Machha Khola village.

The trail eventually descends past several rice terraces before climbing again and following the hillside to the Gurung village of Labubesi. Continue behind a rocky outcrop, where the valley opens up, and the Budhi Gandaki River winds through broad stretches of rocky riverbed.
Descend to the sandy riverbank and follow the trail along the river, crossing a side ridge before descending once again to the river. Cross the Budhi Gandaki and arrive at Machha Khola village.

Day 06:Trek from Machhakhola to Jagat (1,410m) 6 hours walk.
The narrow trail follows a series of gentle ups and downs before crossing the Tharo Khola, which flows through a rocky gorge, and eventually reaches Khorlabesi. After several more ascents and descents, the trail leads to a natural hot spring, from where we continue to Tatopani.
From the hot spring, we cross another ridge and then cross the Budhi Gandaki River. We ascend a wide, well-constructed staircase before crossing an avalanche-prone area and climbing over a ridge to reach Dobhan.
We cross the Dobhan Khola and continue along a rocky trail to Duman. Climbing once again toward the Budhi Gandaki River, we reach the Yaru Khola. After crossing the Yaru Khola, we ascend a series of stone steps, descend to the stream, and then climb another set of stone stairs to reach Tharo Bharyang.
From there, we trek along the river before reaching the village of Jagat.

From there, we trek along the river before reaching the village of Jagat.
Day 07:Trek from Jagat to Chisopani (1660m) 5 hours walk.
After completing the ACAP formalities, we cross a rocky ridge to Salleri and then descend to Sirdibas. The valley widens slightly as the trail continues uphill toward the Ghatta Khola. We proceed upstream to a long, simple suspension bridge and then climb to Philim, a large Gurung village.
The Philim Valley is well known for its Japanese-supported schools and police station. From Philim, we continue north through the forest, enjoying views of the narrowing valley along the way, before reaching Chisopani.

Day 08:Trek from Chisopani to Chumling (2,386m) 7 hours walk.
After Ekle Bhatti, the trail crosses a canyon and takes us along a short stretch on the right side, where we can enjoy views of a magnificent waterfall before entering the pine forests.
We then descend along the trail toward the Tsum Valley, passing through beautiful pine and rhododendron forests. From Lokpa, a small and picturesque village, we can enjoy spectacular views of Himalchuli (7,893 m) and Boudha Himal.
After passing Lokpa, we descend for about 30 minutes toward the Lungwa Khola and then follow a challenging trail uphill for approximately two hours through pine and rhododendron forests to reach Gumlung. Finally, after crossing the Siyar Khola, we arrive at our destination for the day, Chumling.

Day 09:Trek from Chumling to Chhokung paro (3,030m) 5 hours walk.
Cross the suspension bridge and continue along the opposite bank of the river, enjoying spectacular views of Ganesh Himal. Trek past Rainjam to the Serpu Khola and cross another bridge before reaching Gho Village.
From Gho Village, continue with a two-hour uphill trek toward the Tsum Valley, eventually reaching the village of Chhokangparo. Weather permitting, enjoy magnificent views of Himalchuli (7,893 m) and Ganesh Himal (7,140 m).

Day 10:Trek from Chhokung paro to Nile (3,360m) 6 hours walk.
As we trek above Chokhangparo, we need to be cautious of altitude-related issues. We pass through Lamagaon and cross a rope suspension bridge to reach Rachen Gompa, also known as Nunnery Gompa. After a short visit, we continue and cross the Shiar Khola.
The trail then passes through the lesser-known villages of Lar, home to a small hydroelectric power station, as well as Phurbe and Pangdun. Along the way, we pass an old and historically significant Buddhist stupa before reaching the village of Chhule. From there, we climb upstream, cross another bridge, and eventually arrive at the Nile.
If time permits, we can also visit the famous Chhule Monastery, situated on a hilltop overlooking the area.

Day 11:Trek from Nile to Mu Gomba (3,700m) 3 hours walk.
We are now close to the Tibetan border. We trek toward the western side of the valley, passing through landscapes strongly influenced by Tibetan culture and scenery. We then ascend to Mu Gompa, where we visit the monastery and explore its surroundings.
Afterward, we continue to Dhephu Doma Gompa and visit this historic monastery before returning to our accommodation.

Day 12:Acclimatization Day Mu Gompa, side trip (3,700m) 2 hours side trip.
Today, we explore the entire Mu Gompa region. Mu Gompa is the largest monastery in the area and is located in the highest and most remote part of the Tsum Valley. After exploring the Mu Gompa area, you may also have the option of hiking toward the base of Pika Himal (4,865 m), depending on the weather and trail conditions.
Day 13:Trek from Mu Gompa to Burgi Village (3,245m) Milarepa cave, 5 hours walk.
Trek back through Chhule and Phurbe, following the eastern bank of the Shiar Khola. Eventually, we arrive at the beautiful village of Burgi. From Burgi, we hike up to the Milarepa Cave, a sacred site known for its fascinating views of the Poshyop Glacier, Kipu Himal, and Churke Himal.
Day 14:Trek from Burgi village to Chumling (2,386m) 6 hours walk.
Continue trekking through the lush greenery and beautiful natural surroundings before descending to Chhokangparo once again. From there, continue downhill to Gho. Descend further to reach the bridge over the Sarpu Khola. We then continue trekking through the lower Tsum Valley, retracing our route toward the next destination.
Day 15:Trek from Chumling to Philim (1,570m) 6-7 hours walk.
The trail continues to Lokpa. After lunch, we head south along a relatively level trail. Along the way, we enjoy the spectacular Samba Falls before finally arriving at Philim after 6–7 hours of trekking.

Day 16:Trek from Philim to Khorlabesi(970m) 6-7 hours walk.
Today, we begin our trek from Philim to Khorlabesi via Jagat and Tatopani. We descend to Sirdibas and eventually reach Jagat. From there, the trail continues toward Yaruphant, where the dry Tibetan climate gradually gives way to subtropical vegetation.
We continue trekking to Dobhan and eventually arrive at Tatopani, which is famous for its natural hot springs. If you wish, you can take a relaxing dip in the hot spring and soothe your tired muscles. Otherwise, we continue along the trail, ascending and descending from Tatopani until we reach Khorlabesi, our destination for the day.

We continue trekking to Dobhan and eventually arrive at Tatopani, which is famous for its natural hot springs. If you wish, you can take a relaxing dip in the hot spring and soothe your tired muscles. Otherwise, we continue along the trail, ascending and descending from Tatopani until we reach Khorlabesi, our destination for the day.

Day 17:Trek from Khorlabesi to Soti Khola (7,30m) 6-7 hours walk.

Day 18:Trek from Soti Khola to Arughat and Drive to Kathmandu(1,400m) 7 hours drive.
We climb up to the ridge at Kyorpani and then descend to a spectacular waterfall. Continuing along the trail, we reach Arkhet and cross the Arkhet Khola. From here, we leave the Budhi Gandaki Valley and arrive at Sante Bazaar.
We continue through the forests to Malta and eventually reach Arughat Bazaar, passing the hydroelectric power plant and following the stone-paved road along the way.
From Arughat, we drive back to Kathmandu along the banks of the Marsyangdi and Trishuli rivers, enjoying breathtaking views of green hills, mountains, terraced fields, and traditional villages on both sides of the road.
To celebrate the successful completion of our adventure, we will enjoy a farewell dinner tonight.

Day 19:Final Departure from Kathmandu 20 minutes drive to TIA Airport.
As per your flight departure schedule, the airline requires us to be there at least 3 hours before your departure time. Therefore, we will transfer our guest to Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) for the final departure.

- A general medical first aid kit will be provided for common medical issues. Please consult your doctor if you have chronic diseases and obtain a prescription before traveling to Nepal.
- Emergency helicopter services will be arranged and covered by your travel insurance. Clients should have travel insurance that includes high-altitude sickness emergencies and helicopter evacuation services.
- A farewell dinner in Kathmandu at a traditional Nepali cultural restaurant after finishing the Trek.
